Purchased Cedar Barrel Sauna with porch. Everything was great. Came well packaged and organized. No
prob setting up. I did it myself in approximately 6 hrs. They have great videos on U-Tube showing
installation. Definitely watch this as it makes things a lot easier. After set up , heated it up in the eve and
it was fabulous. Good quality and well crafted. Not to mention the customer service was excellent when
asking questions prior to purchase. Highly recommend this sauna.

We've recently purchased and installed a cedar barrel sauna from Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc (DLC) in
November 2020. I researched several regional sources for a sauna and decided Dundalk was the best
option for quality and support for where we live. We have not been disappointed. Due to COVID there
was a waiting time which I was informed of before I purchased. The predicted wait time turned out to
be accurate & delivery happened on schedule. DLC has been responsive to a myriad of questions I had
during the purchase process and wait time for our sauna delivery as I prepped the base for the sauna
installation, ran electrical etc... During the sauna build, any questions I had were answered typically
within an hour or so during business hours. I had 2 small issues with internal supporting parts and
Dundalk shipped me replacement pieces within a few days. Aside from these 2 minor issues which
Dundalk quickly addressed, the overall build quality of the sauna and the quality and thickness of the
wood is amazing. Everything fit together beautifully and the end result speaks for itself. I've even been
able to test the sauna in -17C at night and it gets more than hot enough. We are very happy with this
purchase Highly recommended based on our experience so far.

I purchased the Mini Pod last January. Super easy to assemble, step by step instructions and all materials
came in the package. Reviewing the videos on-line prior to assembly helped a ton. I love this this little
beauty. Heats in less than an hour and seats 4 comfortably. We generally only have two users, with
room to lay out on the benches. As a firefighter, this has become a regular tool I use to detox from
carcinogens and destress after a long shift at work. Amazing investment for my physical and Mental
Health.

I would give 10 stars if possible. The quality of craftsmanship is truly incredible for this sauna. It took me
about 5 hours to assemble as they claim but went very smoothly step by step. I preferred using the
video to the manual. This thing gets crazy HOT, I love it! Amazing customer service from first day of
purchase, answering all my questions right away. Crate arrived perfectly delivered and all pieces were
beautiful. Best purchase I have made in a long time and is a showpiece. Actually looking forward to
winter so I can use it everyday!
